Nowly works because what you see is real. These guidelines exist to keep it that way. They are written plainly on purpose — the legal version is in the Terms.

Post from where you are
انشر من حيث أنت
The app already enforces this, but the spirit matters as much as the mechanics. Do not try to make a place look busier than it is, and do not post something that misrepresents where you are or what is happening there.
التطبيق يفرض هذا أصلاً، لكن الروح تهمّ بقدر الآلية. لا تحاول إظهار مكان أكثر ازدحاماً مما هو، ولا تنشر ما يشوّه الحقيقة عن مكانك أو عمّا يجري فيه.
Respect the people around you
احترم من حولك
You are photographing in public places, and other people are in them. If someone makes clear they do not want to be in your photo, do not post it. Do not photograph anyone in a way that would embarrass or endanger them.
أنت تصوّر في أماكن عامة، وفيها أشخاص آخرون. إن أوضح أحدهم أنه لا يريد الظهور في صورتك، فلا تنشرها. ولا تصوّر أحداً بطريقة تُحرجه أو تعرّضه للخطر.
Never photograph children who are not yours.
لا تصوّر أطفالاً ليسوا أطفالك إطلاقاً.
What gets your account removed

No warnings for any of this:

- Nudity or sexual content
- Anything involving a minor inappropriately — reported to the authorities
- Violence or graphic content
- Hate speech, or promoting extremist or terrorist groups
- Harassing, threatening or exposing another person
- العري أو المحتوى الجنسي
- أي محتوى يتضمّن قاصراً بشكل غير لائق — يُبلَّغ للسلطات
- العنف أو المحتوى الصادم
- خطاب الكراهية أو الترويج لجماعات متطرّفة أو إرهابية
- التحرّش بشخص أو تهديده أو فضحه
What gets a post removed
ما يؤدي إلى حذف منشور
- Advertising something without it being marked as sponsored
- Spam, or the same content posted repeatedly
- Content that clearly was not taken where it claims
- Someone's private information — a phone number, an address, a document
- الترويج لشيء دون وسم "مموّل"
- الإزعاج أو تكرار المحتوى نفسه
- محتوى يتّضح أنه لم يُلتقط حيث يدّعي
- معلومات خاصة بشخص — رقم هاتف أو عنوان أو وثيقة
If you see something
إن رأيت شيئاً
Every post has a report action. Use it — we read every report and act within 24 hours. If you would rather simply not see someone again, block them; it takes effect immediately and works both ways.
كل منشور فيه زرّ إبلاغ. استخدمه — نقرأ كل بلاغ ونتصرّف خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وإن كنت تفضّل ألّا ترى شخصاً مجدداً، فاحظره؛ يسري فوراً ويعمل في الاتجاهين.

If we remove something of yours
إن حذفنا شيئاً لك
We will tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, reply and a person will look at it again. We would rather correct a mistake than defend one.
سنخبرك بالسبب. وإن رأيت أننا أخطأنا، فردّ علينا وسينظر فيه شخص من جديد. نفضّل تصحيح الخطأ على الدفاع عنه.
