1. Who may use Nowly

١. من يحقّ له استخدام Nowly

You must be 17 or older. You must not be barred from using the service under the laws that apply to you, and you must not create a new account after we have removed a previous one.

يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٧ عاماً فأكثر. ويجب ألّا تكون ممنوعاً من استخدام الخدمة بموجب القوانين المطبّقة عليك، وألّا تنشئ حساباً جديداً بعد أن نكون قد حذفنا حساباً سابقاً لك.

2. Your account

٢. حسابك

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

أنت مسؤول عمّا يحدث تحت حسابك. حافظ على أمان وسيلة دخولك، وأخبرنا فوراً إن ظننت أن شخصاً آخر وصل إليه.

3. What you may not post

٣. ما لا يجوز نشره

There is no tolerance for any of the following. Posting it will get the content removed and, in serious cases, your account removed without warning.

لا تسامح إطلاقاً مع أي ممّا يلي. نشره يؤدي لحذف المحتوى، وفي الحالات الجسيمة حذف حسابك بلا إنذار.

• Nudity, sexual content, or anything sexualising a person
• Any content involving a minor in a sexual or exploitative way — this is reported to the authorities, not merely removed
• Violence, gore, or content that celebrates or threatens harm
• Hate speech, or content promoting a terrorist or extremist organisation
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or posting someone's private information
• Content that violates Bahraini law, public decency, or Islamic values
• Spam, scams, or impersonating another person or business
• Photographs of people who have made clear they do not wish to be photographed
• العري أو المحتوى الجنسي أو أي شيء يجنّس شخصاً
• أي محتوى يتضمّن قاصراً بشكل جنسي أو استغلالي — هذا يُبلَّغ للسلطات، لا يُحذف فحسب
• العنف أو المحتوى الصادم أو ما يمجّد الأذى أو يهدّد به
• خطاب الكراهية أو الترويج لتنظيم إرهابي أو متطرّف
• التحرّش أو التنمّر أو التهديد أو نشر معلومات خاصة بشخص
• ما يخالف القانون البحريني أو الآداب العامة أو القيم الإسلامية
• الإزعاج أو الاحتيال أو انتحال شخصية أو نشاط تجاري
• تصوير أشخاص أوضحوا رفضهم للتصوير

4. Reporting, and what we do about it

٤. الإبلاغ وما نفعله حياله

Every post carries a report action, and you can block anyone at any time. Blocking is immediate and works both ways: neither of you will see the other, and any follow between you is removed.

كل منشور فيه زرّ إبلاغ، وتستطيع حظر أي شخص في أي وقت. والحظر فوري ويعمل في الاتجاهين: لا يرى أحدكما الآخر، وتُلغى أي متابعة بينكما.

We review every report and act within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we will remove the content, remove the account, or dismiss the report. Content involving a minor is reported to the competent authorities.

نراجع كل بلاغ ونتصرّف خلال ٢٤ ساعة. وبحسب ما نجده، نحذف المحتوى أو نحذف الحساب أو نرفض البلاغ. أمّا المحتوى الذي يتضمّن قاصراً فيُبلَّغ للجهات المختصّة.

5. Your content stays yours

٥. محتواك يبقى ملكك

You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it inside Nowly, for as long as the post exists — 24 hours, or longer if you save it to your profile. That permission ends when the post does, or when you delete your account.

أنت تملك ما تنشره. وتمنحنا إذناً بتخزينه وعرضه داخل Nowly ما دام المنشور قائماً — ٢٤ ساعة، أو أطول إن حفظته في ملفك. وينتهي هذا الإذن بانتهاء المنشور أو بحذفك لحسابك.

We do not use your photos in advertising, and we do not license them to anyone.

لا نستخدم صورك في الإعلانات، ولا نرخّصها لأي جهة.

6. The rules the app enforces

٦. القواعد التي يفرضها التطبيق

Some things are not policy but mechanics, enforced by the app itself:

بعض الأمور ليست سياسة بل آلية يفرضها التطبيق نفسه:

• You cannot upload a photo from your library. There is no such button.
• You cannot post from outside the venue you checked into.
• You cannot post a photo taken more than two minutes ago.
• Posts disappear after 24 hours and the photo is deleted from storage.
• لا يمكنك رفع صورة من الاستوديو. لا وجود لهذا الزرّ أصلاً.
• لا يمكنك النشر من خارج المكان الذي سجّلت دخولك فيه.
• لا يمكنك نشر صورة مضى على التقاطها أكثر من دقيقتين.
• المنشورات تزول بعد ٢٤ ساعة وتُحذف الصورة من التخزين.

Attempting to work around any of these — by modifying the app, spoofing your location, or automating it — will end your account.

محاولة الالتفاف على أي منها — بتعديل التطبيق أو تزييف موقعك أو أتمتته — تنهي حسابك.

7. Ending your account

٧. إنهاء حسابك

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and for serious breaches we will do so without warning.

تستطيع حذف حسابك متى شئت من الإعدادات. ونحن قد نوقف أو نحذف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، وفي المخالفات الجسيمة نفعل ذلك بلا إنذار.

8. No warranty

٨. إخلاء الضمان

Nowly is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. We are not responsible for what other people post, or for anything that happens when you meet or visit a place you found through the app. Use your judgement, as you would anywhere else.

يُقدَّم Nowly كما هو. ولا نعد بأنه سيكون متاحاً دائماً أو خالياً من الأعطال. ولسنا مسؤولين عمّا ينشره الآخرون، ولا عمّا يحدث حين تزور مكاناً وجدته عبر التطبيق. استخدم حكمك الشخصي كما تفعل في أي مكان آخر.

9. Law

٩. القانون

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين، ولمحاكمها الاختصاص في أي نزاع.
