The fastest way is inside the app: open the menu on any post and choose Report. That reaches our queue directly and we act within 24 hours.

أسرع طريقة من داخل التطبيق: افتح قائمة أي منشور واختر إبلاغ. يصل ذلك مباشرةً إلى قائمتنا ونتصرّف خلال ٢٤ ساعة.

If the matter is urgent, or involves a minor, email us as well and put URGENT in the subject.

Why can't I post?

لماذا لا أستطيع النشر؟

Nowly only allows posting from inside a registered venue. If the app says you are not inside one, move closer to the place you picked, or pick a different one from the list. If more than two minutes passed since you took the shot, take a new one — that window is deliberate.

لا يسمح Nowly بالنشر إلا من داخل مكان مسجّل. إن أخبرك التطبيق أنك لست داخل مكان، اقترب من المكان الذي اخترته أو اختر غيره من القائمة. وإن مضى أكثر من دقيقتين على اللقطة، فالتقط جديدة — تلك النافذة مقصودة.

Where did my post go?

أين ذهب منشوري؟

Posts disappear 24 hours after they are made, and the photo is deleted. To keep one, open its menu and choose Save to profile before the time runs out.

تزول المنشورات بعد ٢٤ ساعة من نشرها، وتُحذف الصورة. للاحتفاظ بواحد، افتح قائمته واختر "احفظ في البروفايل" قبل انتهاء الوقت.

Why is there no gallery button?

لماذا لا يوجد زرّ للاستوديو؟

Because that absence is the product. If Nowly let you upload an old photo, nothing else about it would mean anything.

لأن غيابه هو المنتج. لو سمح Nowly برفع صورة قديمة، لما كان لأي شيء آخر فيه معنى.

Can I see who follows someone?

هل أستطيع رؤية متابعي شخص؟

No, and neither can anyone else. Follower lists are never readable in Nowly — only the counts. This is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

لا، ولا يستطيع أحد غيرك أيضاً. قوائم المتابعين غير قابلة للقراءة في Nowly إطلاقاً — الأعداد فقط. وهذا مفروض في قاعدة البيانات، لا مخفي في الواجهة فحسب.

How do I delete my account?

كيف أحذف حسابي؟

Settings, then Delete account. It removes your profile, every post, your saved moments, your follows and your check-ins, and erases your photos from our storage. It cannot be undone, so we ask you to type DELETE to confirm.

الإعدادات ثم حذف الحساب. يزيل ملفك الشخصي وكل منشور ولحظاتك المحفوظة ومتابعاتك وتسجيلات دخولك للأماكن، ويمحو صورك من مخزننا. لا يمكن التراجع عنه، لذا نطلب كتابة DELETE للتأكيد.

Does Nowly track my location?

هل يتتبّع Nowly موقعي؟

No. Your location is read once, at the moment you post, to check you are inside the venue. The coordinates are not stored. The app contains no background location code at all — see the Privacy Policy for the detail.

لا. يُقرأ موقعك مرّة واحدة لحظة النشر للتحقّق من وجودك داخل المكان. والإحداثيات لا تُخزَّن. ولا يحتوي التطبيق على أي كود لتتبّع الموقع في الخلفية — التفاصيل في سياسة الخصوصية.
